World of Warcraft:

               The Burning Crusade

What new can you find from World of Warcraft: Burning Crusade?

An increase in the level cap to 70
Players, who have bought World of Warcraft: Burning Crusade is able to level up their character to level 70. You still get one talent point/level, so you can now have more points. When you are level 70, you can also buy a flying mount and do instances with harder difficult level: heroic. When you level up your character to level 70 you can enter high level dungeons, found in Outlands.

Arena-based Player vs. Player Ladder System
The new PvP area is called: Arena. You can create your own arena team, what cost money, and then enter arena battles. In arena you duel against enemy faction players or against your own faction’s players. The arena teams can be formed by following way: 2 vs. 2, 3 vs. 3 or 5 vs. 5. When you die in arena, you can’t anymore get alive in that game. The idea in arena is simply, kill the enemy players. If the arena duel continues longer than one minute, there will be arena effects, which can hurt you or your enemy. When you fight in Arena, you get points, either lose or win. Based upon those points your arena team will get a rating to your team and based upon the team rating you will get arena marks. A good mark calculator can be found here. With these arena marks you can buy arena items, like epic armours and weapons. You can easy find the items from the wow-Europe homepage.

New Battleground: Eye of the Storm
Eye of the Storm is a new Battleground located in the Outland zone of Netherstorm that combines capture-and-hold style game play with capture-the-flag.  The game is 15 high-level Alliance members against 15 Horde counterparts in a battle over two floating land masses. These aerial islands are connected by three bridges. From those floating land masses you can find four towers, what you get to your team by standing in the tower area and keeping the enemy faction players out of there. What more you got towers, that more and faster you get the points. You also get points when you turn the flag in, what can be found from the middle of Eye of Storm, to your faction controlled tower. The first team that gains 2,000 victory points wins the match and will revise 3 marks of Eye of Storm and the other team will revise only one mark. Unlike other battlegrounds, The Eye of the Storm does not have an actual entrance portal connecting it to the outside world. The only way to enter this battleground is to speak with an Eye of the Storm Battle master in one of the major cities.

New flying mounts, what are available in Outlands
One of the most exciting new features in World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade will be the introduction of player-controlled flying mounts for Outland. These new flying mounts will include Gryphons for the Alliance, Wyvernsfor the Horde, and also some extremely rare neutral flying mounts. Just like the regular mounts, flying mounts will come in regular and epic flavours so that once you have mastered the shattered realm of Outland, you will be able to take to the skies in style. Before you can fly your flying mount, you will need a riding skill for it. The skill and the mount can be bought from Shadowmoon Valley. Alliance can buy it from Wildhammer Stronghold and the horde can buy it from Shadowmoon Village. The riding skill to the 60% flying mount costs about 800 gold, depending you reputation to your major city.  The 180% mount skill will cost about 5000gold, depending to your reputation.

Selectable Dungeon Difficulty Setting, normal and heroic
When you reach level 70 you can choice a harder difficult to instances. Some instances will need reputation to some places that the heroic mode could be used. When you sue the heroic mode, the instance will be harder, but the rewards will be better. Also when you are in a heroic mode instance, there will drop some items, that wouldn’t drop in normal mode instances. The list of new instances and their supposed player levels and enter coordinates (by titan panel) are above:

The new areas in outlands:

Hellfire Peninsula
The first are, what you see when you enter World of Warcraft: the Burning Crusade, is Hellfire Peninsula. Hellfire Peninsula looks like desert, with different effects. After entering the portal you need to get to the gryphon master, either left (alliance) or right (horde). If you try to walk away from the portal, you will notice, that there is a boss and elites. If you try to walk pass them, they will kill you, so you should take the quest. The quest leads you to your major town in this area. The major town to alliance is Honor Hold and to horde it is Thrallmar. A instance can also be found in Hellfire Peninsula. It is called Hellfire Citadel. The Citadel is divided into 4 wings, 3 of which are dungeons.

Other faction places in Hellfire peninsula:

PvP
Three PvP objectives in Hellfire Peninsula., Broken Hill, The Overlook and The Stadium, stand in the centre of the region just west of Hellfire Citadel. As with other World PvP games each of these points may be captured by PvP flagged characters holding position within the objective. The faction with the most flagged characters within the objective's  will slowly gain ownership of the point. When all three points are controlled by a faction they will gain a bonus buff, what is +5% Damage. This also effects in instances in
Hellfire Peninsula. In addition, any opposing players killed while fighting for one of the towers will reward the player and the player's party with a PvP token, for the Alliance and Mark of Honor and Hold Mark of Thrallmar for the Horde. Grouping is encouraged as only the party that performs the killing blow will receive a token. The repeatable quest, Hellfire Fortifications, awards 10 reputation points for either Honor Hold or Thrallmar, and 3 gives tokens, when turned in. The quest requires the player to capture each point once, is repeatable and cannot be completed in a raid. The quest can be obtained from: Warrant Officer Tracy Proudwell (alliance) and from Battlecryer Blackeye (horde).

Zangarmarsh
Zangarmarsh is the next place, where you should go after Hellfire peninsula. Zangarmarsh is a  beautiful swamp covered with a forest of giant mushrooms and a blue light. First town what you see (if you enter from
Hellfire Peninsula) is Cenarion post. You need to get your reputation to this place to neutral, before you can obtain the most of the quests. You get the reputation, by doing the quests that are available. From Zangarmarsh you can find a instance called Coilfang Reservoir. Also like in Hellfire Peninsula the reservoir is divided into 4 wings, 3 of which are dungeons. From Zangarmarsh you will find few places, where you can obtain quests and the tows, where you can also obtain quests and find flight places. From the following towns you can find a flight place

Terokkar Forest

Terokkar Forest is located east of Nagrand, west of Shadowmoon Valley, southeast of Zangarmarsh, and southwest of Hellfire Peninsula. Terokkar Forest is a peaceful place whiting forests, towns and a Bone Waste. First thing what you should do in Terokkar Forest, if to choice your side in Shatrath CityShatrath City is located just south from Zangarmarsh. Your quest is to choice will you got to the side of the Aldor (Draenei) or do you choice the scryesr (Blood elf). Before you are able to do this you need to complete a short quest line, what starts on the first bridge, what goes so Shatrath City, f you enter from Zangarmarsh. After the quest you will be able to put your Hearth Stone to Shatrath City, either on the Aldor inn or to the Scryesr inn (see the Shatrath City map where the places are.) and get reputation to the faction you have choice. From the middle of Shatrath City you can found portals, leading to all major cities, so Shatrath City is a good place to make "your home".

Other places in Terokkar Forest

*Not realy a town, but you can find many quests here

PvP
in the Bone Wastes surrounding the ruins of Auchindoun, there are five
Spirit Towers. These spirit towers can be captured by players who are PvP flagged. If all five towers become captured by a same faction, all players on that faction in Terokkar Forest will obtain a zone-wide aura which lasts for six hours. The aura gives +5% Damage, +5% Experience Gain, and the ability to create spirit shards in the Auchindoun instance.

Nagrand
Nagrand is a beautiful landscape with rolling plains, massive chasms, lakes, and many types of different wildlife. The region is also home to two of the many reputations in The Burning Crusade - the Kurenai and the Mag'har. The Alliance and Horde both have a reputation they can improve with quests, killing mobs, and ultimately achieve exalted status with, allowing them to purchase a wide array of rewards.

PvP
Right in the centre of the zone is the neutral town of Halaa that can be captured by either faction. Whoever holds it will have access to a whole mass of amenities including active quest givers, NPCs who accept turn-ins acquired from the zone's monsters, and also vendors and the protection of the guards in Halaa. The opposing faction, naturally, is locked out of all this. While the Halaa is gained by enemy faction you faction players are able to claim "towers" and fly over Halaa and drop bombs to kill guards. The bomb inflicting massive AoE damage to Halaa guards and enemy faction players. After killing all guards there will be nothing to stop your faction to claim the Halaa, except enemy faction players, if they are there.  If you get enough of your people near the flag at the town centre, you'll slowly start to win control.

Nethersorm
Netherstorm is a unique landscape, whiting purplish hues, and crystals dotting the terrain. This land was clearly torn apart by the chaos unleashed by Ner'zhul - as is evident the moment you cross the bridge from Blade's Edge. This is also where Kael'thas Sunstrider has taken up - in the naaru structure Tempest Keep. Tempest Keep is floating in the Twisting Nether, so players will need to either be a druid, or have a flying mount to get there.

The whole zone has been taken over by goblins and gnomes who perform their research here. Signs of their influence can be seen on the architecture of bridges and sign posts. Five huge man forges have been built upon the Netherstorm, collecting mana for the magic-hungry blood elves. The Netherstorm is home to a band of ethereal named the Consortium. The main outpost is the Stormspire. Netherstorm also includes one of the hardest instances in Outlands. The Keep is divided into four wings, of which three are dungeons:

Blade's Edge mountains
Blade's Edge mountains is a place with knife-sharp mountain crags and axe-cut valleys. The green glow in the sky is part of the twisting nether - a floating energy that affects the remains of Outland and binds it together in a suspended phase. From Blade's
Edge Mountains you can find environment from forest to desert and mobs from humanoids to demons. The only instance in Blade's Edge Mountains is Gruu'ls Lair and it is a lv70 40man raid instance. From Blade's Edge Mountains you can also find The Circle of Blood. It is the large ogre structure which holds the Circle of Blood Arena. It is located in Daggermaw Canyon, just northwest of Dragons' End.

Shadowmoon Valley
One of the highest level outdoor zones in the expansion is Shadowmoon Valley. Its theme is one of charred, broken land with lava in many places. The closest example of style that can be given is Burning Steppes, but Shadowmoon is much darker. It's the home of Gul'dan, of Warcraft II fame. Gul'dan's Altar of Shadows lies in the middle of the zone, at the foot of a mountain which now bears his name. Here Gul'dan performed many rituals, including one that shattered the land of Shadowmoon Valley. The Shadowmoon Valley is the place; where you will need to go to get the flying mount skill and the mount. The mounts and skills can be bought from your major towns in this area. To alliance the major town is Wildhammer Stronghold and to horde it is Shadowmoon Village. Normally the normal flying mount skill costs 800g, depending little on you reputation to your major city, and the epic flying mount skill will cost you 5000g Shadowmoon Valley also includes a raid instance, called Black Temple.
